I don't remember my user name or password. How can I retrieve them?

We will be glad to assist you with this issue and you can contact us using our contact form or through the contact information provided

How do I cancel the membership?

If you provide us with all the details of your membership and/or credit card used to purchase it, we can assist you with cancelling your membership.

I only signed up for a trial membership. Why am I still being billed?

Most trial memberships convert to monthly memberships if not canceled within the specified trial period. The transaction on your statement might not be a charge but rather a temporary pre-authorization hold. If your membership is canceled, your financial institution will release this in a time designated by them.

Why doesn't my username/password work?

There are many reasons why your username/password may not be accepted. In most cases, it is because it is being entered into the website incorrectly. Remember, the username/password is case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as it was when you signed up. If you are accessing the website from a link and are unable to login with your username and password, the link may be bad. Try typing the website address into your address bar and accessing the site that way.

If you continue to have issues, try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. To do this, open up an Internet Explorer window (for other browsers, this may differ, but the path may be similar) and click on the "Tools" button, usually located right under the address bar. A drop down menu will appear. Click on "Internet Options" and a box will pop up. Click on the "General" tab (if its not already displayed) and where it says "Browsing History" click the delete button. This will bring up another box giving you options on what you would like to delete. Click the temporary internet files and cookies buttons and when Internet Explorer is done deleting everything, close the box and Internet Explorer. Re-open a fresh IE window and visit the website and login. It should work for you.
